Well I have very bad constipation. Alot of things don't work on me and this is one of those things. It sometimes works, mostly does not. Fiber One used to get the job done but not so much anymore, sigh. Milk of magnesia (I HATE the flavor though) sometimes works for me. grrr.

this may be the best product made in the history of the world, without exaggeration. i took about 6 oz of the powder and was able to cover my toilet in a glacier of fecal matter. sure, i had to spend 92 minutes on the toilet until the colonic spasms finally stopped, but i'm sure you could eat off my large intestine after that cleansing process. it truly cleaned me out (a matchbox car that i consumed when i was 6 finally made it out of my gut!).
if i could give this product 38 stars, i would.
